Apple’s iPad mini is expected to launch this fall.  While information regarding the look of the smaller iPad has been scarce, Chinese blog Giz-China.com has published images of what it claims to be third-party cases that reveal the iPad mini’s design.

The images jive with iPad mini design rumors of a slim aluminum housing and a camera on the back. The iPad mini is also expected to feature a 7.85-inch display.

In Apple’s quest to become a trillion-dollar company, the iPad mini could play a huge role by pushing a new group of consumers into an iPad purchase, thanks to the attraction of a sub-$300 Apple tablet.  The iPad mini is expected to launch in October for between $249 and $299.
